DRV101: DRV101T

Part Number: DRV101

We use the DRV101T (TO-220-7) PWM Driver in three (3) of our instruments.  I just discovered it id in the "Life Buy" phase.  Is there a direct replacement for this IC in the TO-220 package?

    Hi Bruce,

    Thanks for reaching out on E2E. Unfortunately, we don't have a direct replacement for the DRV101T in the same package.

    For similar devices, would the DRV103 or DRV104 work in your application? We also have the DRV110, which has similar functionality to the DRV101T.

    None of these work for our existing PCBs. We need the Through Hole version. We will have to redesign the PCBs whish will require all that work plus require re-certification of UL, CSA and CE.
    $$$$ Not good!
