DRV8847: Fault signal after being out of sleep mode

Hi,

My customer has issue about fault signal.
After being out of sleep mode, DRV8847 outputs Fault signal.
I send waveform at occurring this issue.
Could you give me advice about this cause, please?

    Hello Shimizu-san,

    When the device is in sleep mode, the charge pump and other internal regulators are disabled. When the device comes out of sleep mode, the protection circuitry may detect an undervoltage condition on one of these regulators as it ramps. The nFAULT pin will assert low until all internal supplies ramp to their correct value.
