DRV8350R: Unused Buck Regulator

Hello,

If the buck regulator on the DRV8350RH is unused, how should the relevant pins be connected (or not). Is it recommended to tie all of those pins to GND, or should they be left floating (or a mix)?

David,

If you don't need the Buck, you can use the non-R marked device which doesn't include the regulator.

If you need to use the R version, you should be able to disconnect VIN and the Buck will be unpowered.

I am confirming this with the Buck group.

Ideally, I would like to use the non-R version, but I do not know when it will be available.

Asking the team, you can simply GND all the Buck pins if you don't plan on using it.
