My customer used DRV8844 to ouput a sine wave driver, the schematic as below:
First, customer set 100% duty PWM to DRV8844, the sine waveform output is OK, but when duty ratio is adjusted to 90% by MCU online, the sine waveform is abnormal, and the inductance has abnormal noise. However, when used 90% of the duty cycle to output to DRV8844 at the beginning setting, the sine waveform was normal, but if customer adjust the duty, the wave turn abnormal.
The normal and abnormal sine waveform as below:
The DRV8844 input wave as below, yellow IN1, green EN1, blue IN2, purple EN2, frequecy is 17HZ:
Customer used discrete device H-bridge for first version test, there is no problem, and the second version customer used DRV8844, then the abnormal output is happens.
