What is the maximum PWM frequency of the EN pin?

Are there any similar parts that can use higher PWM frequencies? I'm hoping for something in the 500k-1M range.
Thanks
Hello Jacob,
I support the half bridge driver devices in the High Power Driver product line. There are a number of half bridge drivers that can work at the higher switching frequencies, most of them fall in the 100-120V rated category which is used in 48V DC-DC conversion.
If you can give me some more detail on the application requirements, I can give some more specific advice on parts.
Assuming the 100V rating is high enough I would start with the LM5101X family of drivers, or UCC27201A. If higher drive current is required the UCC2721x drivers offer 4A drive current. We do have higher voltage drivers, with 600V rating, but they do not have as low propagation delays, and are not as well suited to high frequency operation. If you need higher voltage than 100-120V reply back with some details and I can make recommendations.
