How to realize this strong pull down?

Does the strong pull down mean the internal pull down resistor shown as 150Kohm in following block diagram?

Hello,

Strong Pull Down usually means an active FET internal to the device is pulling down the Gate of the output FET. A resistive pulldown, especially as high as 150k is not considered a strong pull-down.

Do you mean that it is defined by Istrong (=2A)?
