"data to be played" is written in the resister of AUTO_BRK_OL of the DRV2625 datasheet(P40).

What does "data to be played" mean?

If it means input waveforms data, what kind of case is the amplitude becoming a negative value?

Hi,

AUTO_BRK_OL register is used to enable or disable the Automatic Braking for Open Loop mode.
Data to be played would be the waveform to be played. In RTP mode, register 0x0E can be used to input a signed value, thus it can be negative. Some information that could help understand this is on section 8.6.8.1.
