We using DRV8824 & DRV8825.

Do you have thermal data of thetaJA ?

we want thetaJA of PCB unmout & PCB mounted data.

The thetaJa was put in the datasheet: 7.4 Thermal Information. It should be 2s2p PCB data.

Sorry, I don't.
An application note (www.ti.com/.../snva183b.pdf ) mentioned:
"The thermal resistance between junction-to-ambient (θJA) is highly dependent on the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design factors. This becomes more critical for packages having very low thermal resistance between junction-to-case, such as exposed pad TSSOP (e-TSSOP),
exposed pad QFP (e-QFP), and LLP. A case study of the LM2652 in a 28-lead e-TSSOP package, the PCB can reduce θJA from the range of 40∼50°C/W down to 25∼30°C/W."

Also, you can check DRV8847 and DRV8847S to get some idea: DRV8847 (θJA=46.5C/W) and DRV8847S (θJA=107.9).
