DRV8323: Spark produced at the driver. Not sure if it's soldering issue. But any help is appreciated. [schematics file and pdf included]

Part Number: DRV8323

Hello everyone, so recently I purchased the DRV8323RSRGZT to be implemented in my brushless dc motor controller design. The BLDC motor controller is set to be capable of handling 48V, 500W inhub motor. However, after I soldered all the components, as soon as I turn the safety switch on I saw a spark located at the DRV8323RSRGZT. At first I thought maybe I did a few soldering mistake, so I soldered a new DRV8323RSRGZT to a new pcb. The result is the same, everytime I turned on the safety switch, spark is produced at the DRV8323RSRGZT. The power sources used is 48V LiPo battery. So i really need your help in solving this problem and I included some files that will help and also my schematics [Proteus version 8] for further inspection. Hope to hear more from your end. Thank you.
