Could you please recommend several drivers for three-phase current PWM rectifier ?

My Switch Type:MOS ( SPW47N60CFD ) or ( IPW60R045CP )

Driver supply voltage: 12-15V

    The type of gate driver we recommend depend on several factors.

    Are there isolation requirements? Is single channel preferred over half-bridge topology?

    Yes,there are isolation requirements. And could you please recommend single channel or two-channel topology?

    Hello Jiannan, 

    For this application, single or dual channel isolated approaches will work.
    TI created a 3-level, 3-phase AC/DC reference design that uses single channel isolated gate drivers(UCC5320 and ISO5852S) as shown here: 

    it can be also be used with dual-channel isolated gate drivers with sufficient spacing between the high-side and the low-side such as the UCC21530 in the DWK (3.3mm spacing) package. 

    I would like to know why you are choosing MOSFETs for this application? Typically, IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs are used with higher bus voltages and higher gate drives.

    My three phase input voltage is 199V (pk -pk), so 600V/650V MOS is OK. And I happen to have these MOS in my hand.
