DRV120: deviation of Ihold

Dear Specialists,

My customer is considering DRV120 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

Ihold is defined as 100mA(Rhold=50kohm), but it is only typical value.

Could you please let me know the deviation between min and max (Rhold=50kohm) .

I need to check whether it can be used for currently thinking solenoid.

Hi Shinichi,

Ihold tolerances over all conditions ( process; temp;) is +/-20%, the typ Ihold=100mA may vary up to 80mA to 120mA
