Hi Sir:

DRV109831-Q1 set by GUI. 12V Supply and test Current 0.6A ,But if i start-up i will get a OverCurrent prompt.

Im not sure what you mean by test current,

You could be getting overcurrent issue for a variety of reasons. I would refer to the DRV10983-Q1 tuning guide (www.ti.com/.../slvuav9.pdf).

Make sure the DRV10983-q1 is properly tuned. if you are still having problems, send me a scope capture of one of the phase currents.
