Hello. I have connected a well working sample IC to vcc 24v and ground terminals. No other additional components are connected. A vreg of above 4v is generated in this case.
I have purchased a lot of ten IC's from a third party website. I repeated the same for this IC's. But only 0.76-0.77v is only generated at the vreg terminal. I'm not even able to read the Vsense register in these IC's.
Do the sample ICs have pre filled registers?
Do I have to 1St program the EEPROM regisrers before the 1st use?
