DRV110: DRV110 Gate Drive Current a

Part Number: DRV110

I am observing incorrect current control in our circuit.  I believe it is related to very slow rise and fall times on the MOSFET gate.  The gate drive waveforms look more like triangles than rectangular pulses.  The total gate charge of the MOSFET is ~ 35 NC.  Is a high current low side gate driver IC recommended bt the DRV110 and the MOSFET for fast switching applications?
