Is there any DSP that has exiting TI library to control two phase planar motor?

All C2000 devices can control such a two-phase motor with a right gate drive and power modular. We didn't have any example library to control a two-phase planar motor, but you might refer to the example project for a stepper motor in controlSUITE as the following folder that should be similar to your requirement.
C:\ti\controlSUITE\development_kits\DRV8412-C2-KIT_v131\Stepper
