I want to confirm about short question as below.

Could you please let me know about the possibility of device damage at VM=open and Vcc/interface pin =3.3V? No issue?

Hi Mukuno-san,

Both VCC and VM supplies have UVLO, so there will be no issue for VCC = 3.3 V and VM = open. The UVLO protection will disable the device.
