DRV8353: DRV8353 drive module issue

Part Number: DRV8353

Dear all,

Please find my customer support requirement as following:

Description of the problem: When using DRC8353RS to use its own board for FOC debugging, it will report fault, and by reading the register, it is GDF, and VGS_HA, VGS_HB, VGS_HC.
The GHx and SHx (three channels are all) impedances of the DRV8353RS are measured by universal use. For normal boards, the DRV8353RS's GHx and SHx (three channels are all) have an impedance of 140kΩ.

This situation occurs when the overcurrent or undervoltage protection occurs several times during the start-up phase with the Hall 3-phase permanent magnet motor FOC commissioning.
Hardware environment: constant current regulated power supply, current limiting protection value 1.5A, voltage value 36V; JLINK debugger; PL2303 serial port module; main control chip is STM32F1 series; with Hall 3 phase permanent magnet motor 15 pole pair, power 350W; Laptop, power adapter powered.
DRV8353 register configuration: VREF_DIV = 0b, the rest are Default.
