Would you mind if we ask DRV8814?
How much is Maximum rating of A/B-OUT1/2?
Is the value is Minmum –0.7 to MAX VM + 0.7?
As the background of this question, Bout1 might be more than ABS condition.(Please refer to the wave form.)
However, if the minmum value of absolute maximum rating is -0.7V, we assume that it means VF=0.7V at body diode at FET.
Therefore, if it is very short term, there will be not problem.(The device is not damaged.)
CH1：VM（10V range）
CH2：DECAY（5V range）
CH3：BOUT1（20V range）
CH4：AOUT1（20V range）
