DRV2510-Q1: quiescent current

Hi~ 

Customer is under evaluating DRV2510-Q1, but quiescent current looks too high.

In datasheet, quiescent current without load & filter is 16mA typical, but customer measured quiescent current with load and current was around 100mA.

Under load connection, without operating, quiescent 100mA is right level ?

Need your opinion.

    Hi, Jin-Suk,

    The DRV2510-Q1 is a Haptic Driver for low resistance solenoids. It has low current consumption when no load is connected. However, due to the low resistance in the solenoid load, there will be an increment in the current consumption even in standby mode. 100mA seems to be the expected value. Under operating mode, it may reach up to 3A peak as mentioned in the datasheet.
