When the motor shaft is still, the motor can start normally and reach the set speed as required.
1. When I turn the output shaft of the motor by hand, the motor can not start normally in most cases (the speed of the motor is 300 rpm), occasionally it can start normally. How can I solve this problem? Our product requires motor output shaft to start the motor normally under external force.
