I want to suggest sensorless motor drive solution for my customer.

I found DRV8305-Q1 + MCU solution

Could you teach recommended parts?

    Hello Nagasawa-san,

    For 12V automotive systems, the DRV8305-Q1 is likely the best device. However, depending on the minimum operating voltage required by the system, your customer may be able to use DRV8343-Q1 as well.

    Both of these devices are gate drivers that use external MOSFETs, so the choice of external MOSFET will be largely responsible for the current capacity of the system.

    Both of these devices are capable of supporting sensorless drive, and the EVMs for the devices can demonstrate this. The DRV8305-Q1EVM uses a C2000 MCU to perform sensorless FOC control, while the DRV8343S-Q1EVM uses an MSP430 MCU to perform sensorless trapezoidal control.
