Hi, Patrick,
I think that the best option would be the DRV2700.
This device supports a wide load capacitance range as shown below.
It also has a flyback mode ( http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/drv2700.pdf#page=24 ) that allows to reach higher voltages with a 1:10 ratio. So, for the green graph (3.3uF) in the picture above, it may reach up to 200V at 200Hz.
