I have a design question regarding DRV8320 in VQFN-40 package.
What should be the clearance between the pads of the VQFN packaged driver be?
The allowable DC-link voltage is 60V, and that voltage should appear between some of the adjacent pins in worst case scenario.
Even with rounded-rectangle pads, the 0.2mm clearance seems risky according to IPC-2221B.
Is conformal coating intended to be used on the driver?
