Hello guys,

One of my customer is considering using DRV8702(half-bridge gate drive).

Also they want to drive a large current BDC motor (Idrv is 20A~30A) with full-bridge circuit for CW/CCW turning and breaking.

They have the follwoing question. Could you please give me your answer?

Q. Can a full-bridge driving circuit for such large current BDC motor be configured using two of DRV8702?

Hello guys,

Could I ask a few additional questions?

Q2. If your answer for the first question is yes, could you give me any reference schematic for the full-bridge driving?
Q3. If the answer is yes, could you tell me how to connect between PH/EN, PWM interface signals and the schematic for Q2?

Hi Nakai-san,

Are you referring to the DRV8702-Q1 or DRV8702D-Q1?

The DRV8702-Q1 has full bridge capability.
