Would you mind if we ask SNBB028N?
This is special product for the customer, so is it possible to confirm on E2E?
<Customer's situation>
Vref=3.3V
Isense=3.3Ω
-> Itrip = Vref/(5×Rsense) = 200mA
In case of I=High : 200mA -> OK
In case of I=Low : 80mA -> NG
If I is low setting, the current is limited 12%. So it might be 24mA originally.
Therefore, to break down this failure into parts, we consider follow;
-To confirm customer's circuit
If you have some advice, could you let us know?
