Hi team,
Looking at the datasheet, VIO is defined as 5mV typical and 10mV at max. Does this max mean absolute value? If so, VIO should be within -10mV ~ +10mV. Otherwise, what is possible VIO range?

Hi Nobuhiko,
It does not mean absolute max value. It means maximum electrical specification of this parameter. Some pins have maximum electrical specification value and absolute maximum value (for example, VM has 45 V maximum electrical specification and 47 V absolute maximum value). For any pin, we recommend not passing the maximum electrical specification value.
The Vio maximum electrical specification value is 10 mV, and we cannot guarantee device operation at a voltage higher than 10 mV as we do not specify a absolute maximum value for this pin.
Hi Hector,
VIO in specification table shows typ: 10mV and max 10mV. My customer is asking ma if this means VIO will be within -10mV ~ +10mV or 0 ~ 10mV.
