Dear TI Expets,

I am now using DRV8823 and meet with EMI problem

from the datasheet,the PWM frequency of DRV8823 is fixed at 50 kHz ,when we do the EMC test， we failed at 150khz and 250khz

do you have any suggestions about this? thank you ~

Would you show me the test result picture? Also, would you share the board layout? For 150kHz and 250kHz, the noise may pass the input cable and send it out.

The solution:

a. check the layout to reduce the high frequency loop 1 area in http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt682/slyt682.pdf

b. add an input filter (input capacitor or input LC filter) to block the noise path to the input cable.
