DRV8829: About range of capacitor at VCPM to VM.

I'd like to select a capacitor at VCP to VM.

According to the data sheet, 0.1uF and 0.47uF(p.17 Layout guide lines) is listed.

Which can I use?

Also, is there a capacity range?

I'm thinking of using small items.
