Hello All,
I am currently using the DRV8412 chip and am wanting to add a snubber to the drive outputs.
In order to best design these snubbers I wanted to know what internal FETS are used within the internal Half Bridges?
If this is cannot be provided what might the C_oss,C_iss, and C_rss be for the internal half bridge's Sync FET? (Mostly looking for the C_oss)
