Part Number: DRV8702D-Q1

Hi TI-team

My customer have question.

Please tell me the influence when the following terminal and GND  short-circuit.

What is the impact of each ?

Best Regards,
Koji Hayashi

  • Hi Hayashi-san,

・SO          --  output of shunt amplifier is shorted. SO acts as a constant-current source

・nFAULT  --  nFAULT will always indicate a fault.

・RSVD     --  reserved, if shorted to GND may cause nFAULT to assert

・IN2         --  device may not function properly, depends on MODE selection. If MODE = 1, no impact. If MODE = Hi-Z, 1/2 bridge low side will not turn on.

What is the impact of each ?
