The analog input can be used with a two channels jack connector as showed in the DRV2667EVM-CT schematic. Just consider that the right channel is not connected in this case:
You may route the analog input like an audio signal from the PC or another sound system. An audio jack like the one below can be used for this purpose:

Thank you for your support.
Customer could adjust labview to generate different waves, he also could hear the wave is changing through the earphones. But when connecting the analog input of the board to the PC via audio cable, it has no response.

Could you verify if the customer is applying the procedure described in section 3.5? Can he ensure with a scope if the PC is generating the waveform correctly?
