Hi,

Could you find counter parts of VNH7040AY  (ST)?

I need 2 brush motor drive for door motor in the car.

1.

I_out :                 over than 25A

Standby mode :  under than 10µA

PWM :                under than 30kHz

2.

I_out :                 over than 8A

Standby mode :  under than 10µA

PWM :                under than 30kHz

    Garam，

    DRV8873 can support up to 10A output; 4.5V~38V input voltage range and the sleep mode quiescent is about 15uA.

    Right now, we don't have an integrated FET part to support 25A operation. To support 25A, please check DRV8701P gate drive part which has 5.9~45V input voltage range, 9uA sleep current.
