CCS/DRV8301: Abnormal stop when add load

Dear sir:

28379d launchxl + drv8301 + ccs

I am following the example（controlSUITE/development_kits/TIDM-SERVO-LAUNCHXS/MonoMtrServo_377s_v1_00_00_00）, and when I working with reference to the tutorial level4, the motor can spin, when I add load to the motor, It stops abnormally, I observed the pwm output by 28379d, It is all right, and the En_gate signal is always 1.

By the way, when the speedRef = 0.05(default), It almost can withstand no load， and when I set speedRef =0.3, I can add some load to the motor and it can spin as well.

I can not find the error，could you please help me.

Hello,

If you are using 379D launch pad, then it may need some porting. The code you are referring to is based on 377s launch pad and some pin outs may be different.

Yes I have modified the GPIO configurations, and the motor can spin normally sometimes except the conditions that I mentioned above.

I presume that you have also taken care of the ADC configurations along with digital GPIOs. Well, it is difficult for us to understand the actual issue happening there. based on your description. If you use the same platform and software, then it will help. All we can say is to spend some more time digging in to see where the issue is.
