LM629: Any reason this part is not appropriate for use with high resolution encoder?

Part Number: LM629

Resolution of rotary encoder = 63E6 AqB counts/revolution.  This is resolution coming out of 1000x interpolation circuit.

I'm using LM629M with 8 MHz clocking.

    Hi Greg,

    There is one concern. Please refer to T1 and T2 in the AC Electrical Characteristics.

    According to the datasheet, the minimum T1 should be 2us, and the minimum T2 should be 1us.

    Please refer to the Pinout Description of Pin 2 and 3 (18 and 19) on page 7.

    Will this high resolution encoder meet this requirement?
