    What happens if a DAC voltage higher than VREF is input to the RREF pin?
    Assuming you meant a DAC voltage higher than VRREF, the output current regulation will be set to almost 0A.
    Will an IC failure occur?or Just doesn't work?
     

    Assuming the VRREF voltage is below the absolute maximum of 6V, the IC will not fail. It will not regulate to the desired current level.
