          The application of DRV8873HPWPRQ1 chip is not a problem, but after receiving the chip from Muser Electronics after order, the quality incoming material inspection found that there was a suspected oxidation yellowing phenomenon on the back of the chip, such as the picture I provided before, so we would like to ask TI professionals to determine whether the chip belongs to the incoming material oxidation. Quality issues? If not, please tell TI what the process of heat dissipation and yellowing on the back of the chip is and what role it plays.
