Hi,

I am working with DRV10983 to drive a 35W BLDC motor with phase resistance 0.97Ohms and Kt value measures 360mV/Hz. We are able spin the fan and up to 300RPM it is working fine. My requirement is to spin the fan at 360RPM. I am geeting an error "Closed loop stuck". We are programming the parameters using GUI DRV10983 Version 3.3.4.

Please suggest to come out of this issue. My supply is 24VDC.

    Hi Jilani,

    One of the ways to fix this issue is to have the tune the motor start up. you can change the open loop to closed loop threshold value start at 25.5 Hz and increase from there. Also you can slow down your open loop acceleration. Also you can look at the GUI when your motor is running and see the KT that the Device is reading and use that as your KT value instead.
