DRV8876: 200kHz PWM frequency possible

Will the DRV8876 support a PWM frequency of 200kHz? Looking at the rise and dead times it would appear that it would.

    It is not recommended to exceed the recommended operating conditions.

    Please refer to Footnote (1) in the absolute maximum ratings:

    (1) Stresses beyond those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. These are stress ratings
    only, and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under Recommended Operating
    Conditions is not implied. Exposure to absolute–maximum–rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.

    Operating above 100kHz can add additional heat in the device due to switching losses. There could also be unexpected operations.
