AM2861 is 33V(max), 3A(output current max) H-Bridge driver IC.

Could you please suggest right  TI replace solution .

    Hello Lin,

    TI does not make a direct equivalent to the AM2861 which has the power MOSFETs for the motor drive. The LM5109B is a gate drive solution that is used for motor drive in many applications, the CSD18541 N channel MOSFET is a MOSFET solution that is very small and should be similar to the AM2861 internal FET's.
