I need 11V for another FET gate driving.
so can I use the VGLS Source for this?
Its current would be 2mA.

Hyungseok,
Unfortunately not, the VGLS circuit is designed to only drive the DRV835x FETs and does not have enough current to drive external loads.
I would recommend using the DRV835xR variant so that you get an additional Buck which you can use for the purpose above.

Adam. thank you for your reply
adding your answer,
If the VGLS load current is small, is it also not available?
External load current might be Max 2mA and all of VGLS current will be not over 25mA.
Hyungseok,
I still don't think this is the best plan but you could try it if you can ensure that the VGLS current will not violate the DRV spec.
