My customer just got their first DRV8350H PCBA back and is doing test. They observed that when they manually reset DRV8350H, nFAULT pin was driven low for 500uS, They want to know this reason? would you please help on this? thanks.

Thanks for posting on the MD forum!
Can you please show us the waveform of this behavior and also include the bring up of VM/VDRAIN/VCP/VGLS measured near the IC?
Likely the fault you are seeing is caused by undervoltage of one of the supplies above as they come up during the start-up process.

Thanks for the reply. actually, by reducing the pull up resisitor of VDRAIN pin, they solved this problem.
