DRV8873: How to select proper FETs

I want to know how to chose proper FETs. Now our customer is considering to use DRV8873 but they can't decide which FET is better. Can you give me any advice?What parameter is important?

Hi Uchihara-san,

The DRV8873 contains integrated FETs. There is no need to chose proper FETs.

If you have questions about selecting FETs for gate drivers, please clarify your questions.
