Dear sir,

I want to drive an Ultrasonic Transducer of say 50 watts at 40Khz frequency for ultrasonic cleaning method on single phase. Do we have any design ?

Hello Manoj,

Please tell us the spec of unltrasonic transducer, like load?ohm or part number. We will look into class D audio amplifier for you.

By the way, TAS5825M can support 96KHz bandwidth and drive 50W at PBTL mode. Please help to evaluate it yourself.

As my colleague Alix mentioned above, TAS5825M seems like a good option.

I would suggest you get a TAS5825MEVM and do some testing by yourself. Thanks.
