DRV10987: 10987 current falt

DRV10987 empty state start motor and enter closed mode speed 100hz current 0.37A, then change the load speed 100hz current clamb， until 0.76 A then gui show overcurrent and motor stoped . why current cannot continue clamb to max 2A？

DATEsheet show the DRV10987 rated current 2A ,and MY MOTOR rated current 1.8A.

now I face the question my motor can not ring in the load mode. just empt and low load, drv10987 real max output current is below 1A. how can i improve ?

Can you post the GUI register settings?

Can you show us phase current, phase voltage, FG, and VCC together on a plot?

Where are you reading the current from? is that the current coming out if the phase or the power supply?

motor still DCsupply show consumption 10ma

set motor speed 100hz empty load DC consumption is 200ma。 increase load consumptio increased but can not adjust over 400ma same speed set，and continue increase load motor block。

Hi,

The motor should be consuming more current when the motor is loaded more. What fault is the device hitting when the motor load is increased so much the fault happens?
