DRV8302: Random latched faults.

Hello! After some years of using DRV8302, we are faced with sudden latched fault at random moments. I must note that we have already checked possible reasons of such fault (capacitors on GVDD pin). I wonder that prbolem still presents even after power reset of device, if device will be in power off state for about 10 -30 minutes (sometimes it takes 2-3 hours and even more) and then powered on - fault state gone. Sorry i havent any waveform of signal on nFault and EN_GATE pins, because this problem is vey rare but urgent at the same time. Whar reason can be for such IC behavior? Also schematic attached.
