DMC Phase 2 problem in BLDC motor for sinewave control!

Hi,

I am trying to control a hub BLDC motor with almost sinewave back-EMF in Phase 2 mode (open-loop control) of sinusoidal FOC. However, I am getting very distorted current waveforms such as 120 conduction on one phase (almost 60 degree zero crossing) and weird six step look like 180 degree conduction on the other one. Therefore, there is acoustic noise in the machine. I have used this phase 2 on many motors but never encountered this phenomenon before. Do you think the motor might have some issues or the inverter stage have problems? When I run the motor as generator I see almost sinewave back-EMFs. The motor is 1kW, 20A, concentrated winding with skewed magnets for more sinewave. Thanks in advance for you feedbacks.
