DRV10983-Q1: Can DRV10983 work as 99% duty PWM by using PWM 90%??

Hello i am engineer in amotech. co

I am making 3 phase motor for my customer.(massive product date will be on 2021-1-15)

My customer said that they can send my motor maximum 90% PWM Duty. but they requst 3000rpm motor speed.

but my motor only rotate 3000rpm by using 99% pwm duty.(i change parameter value a lot. i cant find proper value. i thought it is not possible to meet customer request by turning drive ic)

So I want to know the way to make my motor ratate 3000rpm by using 90 pwm duty( or let me know whether it is possible or not)

Hi,

Are you using an EVM? Can you look at the I2C registers of the device? can you look at the voltage waveforms at the phase to see if the DRV10983-Q1 is actually applying a larger duty cycle on the 99% duty cycle vs the 90% duty cycle? what application is this in(Pump, Fan)?
