DRV8885: About RDS(ON) measurement method

Hi,

Customers want to measure the RDS(ON) resistance of DRV8885.
Could you tell me how to measure ON resistance of high side FET and low side FET？
And Please tell me the measurement system and simple block diagram.

Hello Tsukui-san,

One way of measuring the RDS(on) is described in the diagram below. Connect a current source between both H-bridge terminals and measure the voltage drop across the FET. Then, the RDS(on) will be the ratio between the voltage drop across the FET and the 1A current.
