Hi Team,

We have used DRV8313 Chip to control BLDC motor in our design and here is a query on output control.

It has 3 IN and 3 EN pins, output driver is enabled by ENx as per datsheet. But in our case, input PWM is applied only to IN1 and EN1 is enabled, but all the 3 outputs are giving PWM signals even when EN2, EN3 are disabled and no signal is applied to IN2 and IN3.

Kindly share the thoughts on this.

    Hi Karhik,

    The DRV8313 should not be acting as you describe. Is the motor connected when you are testing it like this? if so try it again without the motor connected and see if you still see the PWM on the other phases of the DRV8313.
