DRV8302: Simulation Files

I am working on this integrated gate driver for my motor controller applications. I need the Psipce simulation files of DRV8301/DRV8302. I have completed my design and need to proceed for simulation, but i couldn't find the Pspice simulation files in the developer column under the component's data sheet. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Can you specify anyother alternative integrated driver(which is in use now) for electric vehicle application? Also can i get the pspice simulation files for that suggested one?

Jnaneswar,

What are your requirements for this driver?

Do the FETs need to be internal or is external okay?

What is your main voltage supply range?

Do you need integrated control or will you be providing 1, 3, 6 PWM signals?

Adam,

For my electrical vehicle application the driver must have a integrated step-down converter for converting 48V to 15V.

Our driver should have high side and low side channels to power the MOSFETs in the inverter.

Our supply voltage range can be 48V-60V.

The driver should have integrated control.

Jnaneswar,

The DRV8353R should work for you.

It has an integrated Buck that will work as a step-down for you.

It will control three half bridges, both high side and low side.

The Recommended input max for this device is 100V which gives you some nice headroom/margin for over-voltage when the system is braking or similar.

It has some integrated control, for example in 1xPWM mode all you need to do is provide a single PWM signal and attach the hall signals from the motor to the DRV.

Do you have hall sensors?

Could you provide a single PWM signal for controlling the motor speed?

we use 3 hall sensors for our application. Yes, we control the speed of the motor by providing PWM signal to it.

It will be helpful for us if you could share the simulation files of DRV8353R. so that we can test our circuit simulation with that driver.

Adam,

I am driving gate pulses to the inverter circuit and desired to get the sinusoidal PWM wave form. I also need to check for dead time for High side and low side MOSFETs in the inverter circuit.

We only have a single phase pspice model available for a similar device which you could use for now, please check here:

Please note that while similar, it is not the same as the DRV835x or DRV830x devices.
